Cassidy's Dance Competition~Starpower in Nashville,TN

This past weekend was not only my birthday but a huge dance competition for Cassidy in Nashville. Her dance academy usually goes to about 4-5 competitions in the school year. This competition was "StarPower". There were alot of talented dance companies that participated this year! Cassidys Jr. group from Oak Ridge Academy of Dance recieved a Platinum Award for their "Lets Have a Party" Hip Hop dance . Their Modern& Jazz dances both recieved Gold!!!Way to Go Girls! We went to the Lady Vols game Saturday night March 8th since they were playing in the SEC Tournament and it was my birthday. They not only won but also won the SEC Womens Championship! I accidentally left my camera at the hotel during the competition so one of Cassidy's best friends Alex took a few for me. The most eventful time of the whole trip was driving to Nashville in the big snow storm. The snow was SO pretty up towards Crossville but by the time we got to Nashville it had all melted!LOL..Typical Tennessee snowstorm.
